Tbh I think it looks a bit cheap. Would have to see it for myself before deciding if it's worth it or not.

@Apeman, This is where I saw it originally that sent me down the rabbit hole.

Huh. I'll admit it looks a lot better in that video. Still want to see it for myself before buying, but it looks like it could be nice.

I would stay away from the cheap ones. I've seen a few of them and was not impressed with their quality. Also the two you show are both for the 15'-17' (the later says 15'-22' but that is not correct as there were changes made for the 18+'s. As far as the 24's who knows when they will make one available. It's going to need to be a new wheel as, at least, the switches are different.

I've seen this one too and it was very nice. Check them out.

I like this as a way of having some sort of shift lights without having to mount anything anywhere. It would've been nice to get a HUD, but alas, that didn't happen.

Reviving this, as I saw link/ad about this......anyone wind up getting an aftermarket wheel (especially with LED lights)?

LEDs in the steering wheel? Lol. No thanks. That screams "ghetto".

Maybe I misunderstood.....I took this as shift indicator lights.........I'm not looking for just random led accent lights.

Ran across this steering wheel on the interwebs today. It is everything I don't need, but want. Has anyone seen these in action or have experience with them. Good or bad. Would like to see them available for the 2024 Mustang.

This one has a video.
For what it cost.
It should be made out of Gold.
I have to agree, the Steering Wheel looks out of place.

Personal opinion #1: It still looks ghetto.

Personal opinion #2: If you have to rely on LED lights to tell you when to shift, you probably shouldn't be driving a vehicle with a manual transmission.

In all seriousness for people new to manual: you will not use a gear indicator or shift lights after the first week. We get a ton of new riders in the motorcycling world wanting the same stuff - none of them want it a week later - it's always "you were right, I was in my own head overthinking it".

Exactly. You will learn to "listen" to your engine. It tells you when it is time to upshift or downshift.
