Cold start idle down “chirping” 30 to 60 seconds , then goes away .

Sorry to hear that. I'm gonna hang on to mine. The car is everything I wanted it to be. That sound doesn't seem like anything that would cause an issue short or long term, and I'm willing to take the risk and continue my ownership experience. If I ever develop a problem as a result of the noise I'll post it here for follow up. Good luck on whatever you decide to find yourself in next!

@Petes24Gt ..... yes, mine does exactly the same thing. I'll see if I can post a video. Took it to two techs I trust and both said it was nothing to worry about. One said maybe a belt that squeaked a bit on start up. It sounds louder if I'm in the garage. Goes away as soon as revs drop, then I never hear it again until it's been left a long time - like overnight. I have a 2024 GT Premium Convertible that has not been rough handled. I do not have the "typewriter tic" so I can live with this noise.......Got told my file wouldn't up-load to the forum server as it was too big to process. It's only about 30 seconds but .....
You still have the noise? Any performance or gas mileage issues?

Keep us updated, best of luck on your outcome 👍
Two dealerships cannot fix the issue so I opened up a lemon buyback case with Ford. They approved it. They offer me a buyback with rebate code and or a cash for keep .

I mean, that sound in particular is very clearly not normal. I've never heard another coyote making that sort of "Chirping clatter" while warming up. If it was just the ticking then it would be fine, but that additional sound, it sounds off.
That’s wtf I’m saying. They replaced both belts tensioner idler pulley water pump noise still there after 42 days I said fk it picked up my car and open up a lemon law case.

Glad it worked out for you. Some things you can look the other way and sometimes you can’t. How many days did it take ford to approve your buy back after your initial request?

Just saw this and wanted to point out I had the same issue with my 21 Mach1. Hope this helps others who encounter the chirp. I was lucky to have a very knowledgeable coyote tech that was able to figure out what was going on. Please read below.

Update! Picked it up yesterday 2-21. Finally fixed after 2 dealer shops 73 total days out of service . It was the timing chain tensioner and guide that needed replacing . Thanks to those who helped me bring it to dealer attention . Although they told me they don’t use social media to diagnose vehicles it ended up being what I told them 3 months ago with anecdotal evidence ,exact same noise videos , tsbs and part numbers! Just had to wait for them to come along… stressful ordeal for sure , glad it’s over.

Questions- Did the part need replacing or was it just noisy. Mine makes the same noise but goes awasy just like yours, Is this a part fault or install issue at the factory? Could this happen again with the new parts?
I am trying to decide to address it now or just leave it and if there is an issue later replace under warranty.
If the noise was only annoying to you and that is why you pressed the issue and failure was not necessarily going to happen I will just leave it.

Thanks for all the great information!!
