Does anyone know if the black plastic strip around the wheelhouse (pictured) comes with the front chin spoiler on the HP?

Yes, with DH HP only, not non-HP DH.

They are supposed to ship loose with the splitter in the truck and installed at the dealership at delivery.

It did with mine. Just took delivery 11/2. (HP)
