I had no idea that is the case. I assumed the VIN were assigned based on sequence due to availability. As those scheduled seem to fall that way.
Mine is 5933. Assuming the 5933rd GT.

My VIN is 4879 and was told build week is 8/7

I was just looking for his reply. Didn't notice it since it wasn't a direct reply.

From what I can tell on the maverick/f150 forums, it just means they've updated something on the window sticker and reissued it

VIN numbers are assigned when orders are submitted based on options and values the individual vehicle possesses. After they have a VIN they are scheduled to be produced. So it doesn’t go in order for production, but if they do it in order of when they orders are placed? Maybe? Each manufacturer can do their own things.

Sitting outside at FRAP since May 23, and pissed about it...

I just did the chat again this morning. I had a 6/22 blend date. Was told the last update was 6/30. I suspect the vehicle is finished and for some reason nobody’s car is showing as “produced” yet..

Same here. "In Production" on 6/13, then Blend date on 6/22, then Trim Line on 6/30.

Contacted Ford chat earlier today and they have no updates for me same range of eta 4th to the 10th but did say that they are just waiting on the shippers not sure how accurate that is considering how much info Ford gives there customer facing departments.

Also contacted my dealership and my ETA hasn’t changed on their end either still showing the 7th which obviously is very unlikely but they are reaching out to their Ford rep to figure out what’s going on I’ll report back with I hear but they are just as frustrated as we are

You sure about that? Mine was built on 7 June and is finally in transit to Ontario. My regional rep told us today that a LOT of Canadian orders are finally in transit now. No ETA yet.... but I suspect mid to late July.
