Driver side front end rattle/flap noise at highway speeds

Hello everyone, I have a 2024 Mustang GT Premium with the performance package. Overall I love the car, but there is one noise that is driving me nuts.

I have an intermittent rattle/flapping/clicking noise that appears only at 65mph+. It gets louder the faster you go, almost like the wind is catching something and throwing something around. It is coming from the driver side and sounds like it’s in the fender or under the hood. I have had it at the dealer two times and they can not figure it out. They have taken rocks out of the skid plate, but that’s not fixed the issue. I have put it on my lift and looked everywhere and can’t find anything loose (pins, wire harness clips, side skirt clips, etc).

Has anyone else had this issue, and if so what was done to fix it? Thanks in advance!!

Has the oil been changed recently?

Oil changed at 4k miles. Have 5500 miles now. Was hearing the same noise before and after oil change. Let the dealer change it too just for warranty.

Okay sometimes the shield doesn't get put back properly and it makes a hell of a noise at highway speeds

Check your side skirt. Put something between the side skirt and the car and see if the sound is gone.

I am having the same noise and is getting annoying. I have the holes by the front tires covered (did it when I first bought the car) so wondering how dirt got in there (if is dirt by the side skirt) that is causing the issue.

yeah man it’s driving me nuts I can’t figure it out and the dealer can’t either

Does it happen when the windows are up and or down? The flapping noise happpens to me at higher speeds only when the windows are down and that is the passenger side seal belt flapping around. Check out triple 7 - they have wind deflector for the mirror which could help “divert” that wind and the flapping noise of the seat belt will be reduced.

This, change your own oil. Dealer techs (so called) don't care. I change my oil, never had an issue.

Not sure if this is what others are hearing but this is the crackle noise I am getting. Car only has 500 miles

This sound can be heard indoors as it is.
I only heard it when I was driving, but now it's found when it stops.
