Man I'm going through the same issues myself. Have a feeling that a ford buyback is in my future if it stays in the shop long enough. Which sucks, I love the car, the sound, speed, but have a lot of QC issues on top of a couple more serious things they need to address. What a waste of 70k, and I'll lose the additional 6k in tint, ppf, and ceramic coat, when i thought this would by one of my forever cars. Did you do a buyback or outright sell it? If you sold it, how much a hit did you take? Mine is less than 6 months old, only 5k miles, and a couple different stealerships offered me HALF it's value.... I'll never buy New again, that's for sure.
I paid $58k in August of 2023 for my ordered stang. I sold it to my local ford dealer at $40,000. I had done close to 4k in mods so I ate my $20k down payment which hurt really bad. I also thought it'd be my forever car but I could stand it anymore.

A dude in my town bought it 2 weeks after I sold it. Haven't talked to the dude yet but I've had people send me pictures of it around. He's ordering then ford performance supercharger kit for it. Wonder if he is going to have the same complaints about the noises, because they are VERY noticeable.

This was a huge lesson learned on my part, never ever will I buy a 1st year run of anything ever again.

I sold it roughly a month ago now. It KBB'd at 43500, so 40k for a quickly depreciating vehicle was ok with me, still made 9k "profit" after payoff.

For what it's worth, for any sports car I recommend having an independent body shop for the long-term maintenance. My pony is going in next week to get a door gouge repaired, if I didn't have a paint guy I knew did flawless work, it would be a lot more stressful to thrash my car.

Same for door rattles, tech that doesn't work, et cetera.

Tiny piece of MLV (anything should work) and no more rattles from the door. It’s just wedged in there.
cheers, thanks for the share. I might try this out too. I notice this rattle only when the windows are up. Noticing it on passenger side too.!
