I’ll start this off by saying that I love this car and it is a ton of fun. I’m fairly certain it’s an early build as it doesn’t have auto stop start and I’ve seen that they were running into production issues with it at the beginning of production. There are two things on the interior that have been plaguing it since I bought it though.

1. Above 90mph there is a rattling sound from the passenger side rear corner of the car that the dealer refuses to diagnose because of the speed at which it starts. (Complained about this on here and had the Ford rep reach out, nothing ever came of it)

2. This is the most annoying one. Between 70-80ish mph there is a noise that can best be described as a low pitched whistle or whirring sound. I’m not sure how else to describe it. (Once again I’m willing to bet the dealer will refuse to diagnose it due to the speed limit being 65 around the area)

Now on the exterior:

1. When decelerating at low speed and coming to a stop, when the car stops engine braking I will sometimes hear a clunking noise which I originally thought was the exhaust popping because it does that but I’ve come to realize is a separate noise. Seems to come from the middle of the car but I can’t be sure.

2. I’m certain I know what this one is as it’s been complained about on here before and the video that was posted on that thread was my exact problem. I have the clicking noise from the rear end when pulling away from a stop occasionally. The fix seems to be to replace the axels or other parts in the rear end.

So besides the second exterior issue, does anyone have these issues on their car and have found a fix? Im more concerned with the interior noise at this point. I’m honestly just weary of fooling around with taking it to the dealer and getting it back an hour later with them saying they don’t know what I’m talking about. I know it’s what I’ll end up probably having to do though. Just frustrating from a new car.

Your first problem i have it too your second problem is an easy fix i had it too left and right and i have my own shop. Ford Belgium don't know anything about these cars so i spend 4 hours searching the problem myself. You don't need new bearings or driveshaft just remove the bearing and where the axle sits on the bearing put some lubricant on the surface en replace the axle nut retorque and noise is gone. For your second problem i am searching for an answer too. If you want details about the clicking noise i can provide you detailed info.

Personally I do not blame your dealer for not wanting to diagnose these. How do you expect them to duplicate it. Also why on earth would you tell your dealer about significantly exceeding the speed limit? Tell them it happens at 65/70 and leave it at that. At least then they would look at it.

Take the car to a stealership in Austin. They can use TX 130 to diagnose - speed limit is 85mph and it’s not uncommon at all to see 90-95mph.

That’s how you duplicate it.
