My 2024 came with the conti pro contact rx 255 40 19 tires. There seems to be a ton of road noise ..more than my 2016 that I upgraded from. If I drive at 50 or 60 and out the car in neutral ..so engine idling.. the cabin noise level is very high..86 to 88 db spl. I know these tires are designed for electric cars where rolling resistance is an issue so perhaps they are harder...just wondering if anyone has noticed this on these tires.

I've got the same tires, picked up my EB I'm February and have 1000 miles on it now. I noticed one road around town that has light ridges in it where I get some noise, but other than that pretty darn quiet, even at faster highway speeds.

I have the Conti tires and from past experience they are a wee bit noisy depending upon the road. Same on my 2024. No big deal as they are excellent all around tires IMHO. I'm just glad they don't sing/whine. I had a set of BF Goodrich on my 03 GT and they were very annoying on the highway.

I did swap out the tires...i put a set of Vredestein Hypertrac tires...Ultra High Performance and known to be qiuet...what a difference it made. i was concerned to spend the money but even my wife (who was not happy about the extra cost) noticed a significant difference. i am hyper sensitive to noise due to hearing issue (i know...why buy a mustang)...so this really helped. I like the way they handle as well, more predictable.

I swear i was about to trade in my 24 GT vert ( tho it's a rare bird - 401A, PP, Magnaride, NPP, race red) bc I took it on its first road trip today and wtf it's constantly 78-82ish dB in the cabin with no music, my ears hurt when I got home, and I wore noise canceling ear buds most the trip on top of that. Could this be the Pirelli P zeros doing this? I thought the vert was somehow rated quiter than the FB... anyone know what the FB is rated at?? Tbh I want to track the damn thing, so vert was prob am idiot move. Any help appreciated in crying dollar signs
