Need some input. My father had a ’68 GT when I was in grade school. We would often work on it together, with me being a tool gofor. When finished we would take out for a spin and he would always say “Lets see what this can do”. At that point I became a Mustang fan.

As a tribute to him, I was thinking about putting the ’68 script Mustang on my ride. Either on the rear of the rocker panel or below the 5.0 emblem. What does everyone think?

not sure, how’s it look on the rear of the rear?

simply because of the style of the font, from a distance it almost looks crooked

I say put just one on each side. Maybe the one on the side skirts and make it a dark color like dark gray so its settled but yet you can still see it. Just my two cents

I like the idea OP! Nice tribute to your father.

Aesthetically, I would only do 1 on each side though.
Personally, I like the one on the lower side skirt better than below the 5.0 badge.

Maybe a hot take, but shave the 5.0 badges and put it there on the fender. I replaced mine with the Tri-bar pony badge that came on the s197 and prior v6 models.

I think it looks really classy on the side skirts but really cheap on the panel. Then again not my car so do as you wish!

I like it on the side skirt best. It looks too busy on the fender below the 5.0 badge, but is a nice accent piece on the side skirt.
