Ditto. 1000 miles after break in, then every 6 months with full synthetic. I won't drive over 3000 miles in that time frame.

Get used to it. The US is already going metric. Look at your engine sizes now. NASA went metric and look at your canned and glass consumables now displayed in both.
Metric is easier to use and more precise. You’re just resistant to change.
