Gotta love when it works out like that! It has been pretty hard to find good stuff the last few weeks here. Holidays are always harder because people are out shopping more.

yea i got all my shopping done. I try and avoid the store during these times. But was in the hunt for some items it count be avoided. Plus I’m on crutches from hip surgery. I’m able to walk but still can’t do it for long and I’m super slow so it’s quicker on crutches until I can walk full time.

Well it’s not a S650 but I try and grab Mustang Hotwheels when I see them. 2020 GT500 and Merica! All over it! Can’t go wrong there.

Finally found the Mustang GTD Hot Wheels today at Walmart after not getting to the stores at the right time, also because of the holidays, stores are crazy. Wheel swapped and detailed it already. I wasn't sure if I'd really like it. But, getting it in hand, I like it a lot.

I was getting close to buying online. I was getting to the stores too late. I just happened to get lucky yesterday.

Not S650, but Hot Wheels/Mattel partnered with Hasbro, and are doing Transformers cars in the mainline/premium sets. They used the S197 Mustang GT Concept retool to replicate Barricade the police Mustang from the first movie (2007). It's a decent effort. One crazy thing that happened with this car is the "To Punish and Enslave" script on the side from the movie was never supposed to be on the Hot Wheels version due to Mattel's young audiences but somehow early batches were released with it. They were recalled soon after and pulled from shelves. But, some people got them. They are going for crazy prices on eBay. And, some dishonest people are trying to get the script free versions for crazy prices on the secondary market, stating they were the recalled versions.

Was able to get these today. Been running around for a week looking and no luck. Just decided to buy them from someone since it wasn’t worth all the gas anymore lol. Got a good deal too.
