wow my 2024 was only $1595 for shipping

Another reason I am glad I didn't wait for a 2025

And I bought mine in NH, where I put 1000 miles on it in 2 months, had the oil changed then drove/auto train'd it to FL (700 miles) to avoid the FL sales tax of $3700
According to the Florida Dept of Revenue, sales tax is due on any vehicle purchased out of state and registered in FL. If you pay any sales tax where you buy it, you're only required to pay the difference between what you paid out of state and the 6% Florida sales & use tax.

That is why it is registered in my legal state of residence, which is NH

I tried to buy it in FL but was going to get nailed on the tax

Tried to buy a used one wholesale, cash deal, on my NH Dealers license which I would have picked up with my Dealer plate, insurance binder and a wire transfer, still no go. Dealer would not play ball even when I offered him his retail price. I buy cars in FL to send north all the time on my NH dealers license with no problem.

Just the insurance costs for my fleet should I decide to declare FL residency would kill me

The 2 bikes are $300/yr in NH, full coverage, $300 wouldn't get me 6 months on 1 bike if insured here

Just be glad you don’t live in or near a car theft sanctuary. You know, where the local PD’s and S/O’s only take over the phone reports for stolen vehicles. Not mentioning any names, like... San Antonio. And count your blessings if you don’t live close to the Mexican border, so the Cartels put bounties on vehicles - particularly super crew trucks. This, plus the chicken **** PD’s who are too self absorbed to be bothered with vehicle thefts = insurance rates about 2x the national average.

I feel like it's an empty statement. It'll be applied on certain cars, based on availability, etc. Not across the board.

It would appear that, as long as you order by June 2, you qualify for the promotion. From the Ford website: "Place a new retail order or take new retail delivery from an authorized Ford Dealer or Lincoln Retailer’s stock by 6/2/25." So, if I'm reading this right, you could place an order before the deadline and still get the deal when the car arrived after the promotion ends. I just thought I would post this as there seems to be some confusion about this.

A minor detail that you failed to include in your original post ... LOL.

This is correct. Promotion applies to eligible vehicles on lots as well as when ordering. Price and incentives are locked it at time of order and deposit. Any additional incentives (i.e. Military / First Responders) that may be offered during build / delivery, could possibly be applied before buyer finalizes deal and takes delivery.
