FordPass can't add service?

You know why! They want you to bring it in for service. I highly doubt they would honor your service records over dealer service for warranty related issues. I no care!! I wouldn't let them do any routine maintenance anyway. But it used to be a nice option.

I thought someone said you can do it from the web site, just not from the mobile app.

EDIT: Yes, I just checked -- you can add a record from the web site under Quick LInks / Service History.

EDIT #2: I just tried to add a record. It won't let me - errors out on save ("Oops! Something went wrong adding your entry. Please refresh and try again later.")

You may be right, I haven't tried that. Why not both? Maybe because it's in beta?

Ok, I was able to make it work through the website https://www.ford.com/support/service-history/, but seriously @Ford Motor Company, put it back in the app.

It will only let me add a record if I do not put anything in the "NOTES" field. Useless.

I use FordPass to document all of my service. I guess I could get a book like I have for my 65 to document service. Agree with all the others...let us document service in the app!
