Front windows

I had my windows tinted and both front windows had a scratch towards the front of the car. The shop replaced both and then slightly applied pressure as they raised the windows. They said to let them dry for a couple days and if they scratch again to take it to the dealer. They could remove the door panels to see what is causing but since under warranty it's best to go to dealer.
Don't know if it matters but it's a convertible. Anyone have similar issue?

Had mine tinted recently, no scratches. May be a small stone chip caught in window felt?

The shop removed the trim and checked but nothing and it was both sides. After two days to dry, we raised and lowered both sides and so far now ok...
Strange but hopefully it worked itself out.
