Coming from a G82 M4, I couldn't stand the stock suspension on the GT. It felt like I was rowing a damn boat, I actually backed out of two GT purchases because of the feel. I bought this one because I'm saving a bunch per month. My insurance also dropped 300$/Month (Clean record).

So, I took it to the shop, with a trunk filled with parts and had them "fix it".

Mods:
- RTR Coilover Suspension
- Steeda Front Swaybar
- Steeda Rear Swaybar
- Steeda Strut Brace
- 1" Spacers
- Steeda H-Pipe.
- 5% Tint all around, 55% tint on the windshield.

It's low low now, Might have them raise it about half an inch. It needs an alignment for camber also. But let me tell you, this thing handles like it's on rails now. Is it as good as the G82? Hell no, I don't think anything will be that good. But at least we've docked the damn boat.

How are the rtr coil overs and issues??
if I’m being honest, I wouldn’t go with them again. There’s some big clunking and issues and I can’t figure them out. Rough roads or bumps cause massive thunks.

Car drives stable and is stiff, it performs great. But the thunking is a concern.

Well that is a bummer. Was thinking about going with them but you’re the 2nd person with a s650 saying they’re clunking. I guess I’ll stay away. @RTR Vehicles anything about the coilover clunking issue?
