Hello, I am Frogdog1. I live in Dixie and have a Mustang GT on order. Should be here in ONLY 10 weeks. It won't be, by far the only Sporty car I've owned. I've owned a Z06, a BMW M series, three Pontiac 400's, and others. At this late stage in life, I just wanted something comfortable that would get out of it's own way. I don't like driving around other vehicles on Interstates, thus the, what is comfortable to me and my bad back a Mustang GT Premium. So, in 10 weeks, maybe I can get excited to have it. I came here to learn more about them.

Greetings from the Tampa. 2024 GT Prem 10spd with Variable Exhaust and 3.55’s.

Owned several performance cars in the past including a 89 Fox Body on spray and currently also working on an Excursion overland build (OME Lift , 37’s , 5.13’s with lockers and one of the last set of banks V10 headers made).

Time for my road warrior Camry to be past on to my son. So im moving on to a new 5.0. Thinking its going to get the whipple eventually. Right now its getting an x pipe and just enjoying this well honed piece of machinery .

Welcome. If you get the Whipple, get the performance half shafts axles. That Whipple will give you phenomenal bottom end. I just picked up a Dark Horse Premium Tremec and will go with the Procharger. I don't need the Whipple for around town ever day driving. If I do I could just whip out the 24 GT. Lots of good info on this blog.

Hey all,
Just joined this forum as I have a 2024 Saleen White label number 022. Technically it’s a company car, and serves as a demo car for my companies installs and emergency lighting. This is my first Mustang, and I’ve had a Raptor, a raptor swapped police f150, currently I have a 2023 F150 Tremor (also a demo vehicle).
Looking forward to checking out the forums and learning about this platform.

Yeah. How about a mount for the AR SBR?

I'd like to see interior photos of the cabin area. One of the reasons the gendarmeries like the bigger sedans and SUVs has more to do with finding space for all of the armament they carry these days. Being a Mobile Amateur Radio maven (www.k0bg.com) interior space is important to my community too.

I have a company I deal with that will make custom overhead racks. They use mounting points behind the headliner just behind the front seat headrests. Or you could mount it in the trunk.…but not convenient.
I could make you a custom storage box that replaces the rear seat.

I have a mount for the trunk. Was hoping for a Fix Body between the seats style. Not much is made for the new Mustangs.

I have some “universal” brackets and dual rails that might work between the seats. Let me mess with it this weekend and see what might work.

Hello, everyone,

This month marks four months since I sold my (third) sixth-gen Camaro and purchased a lightly used (1,200 mi) 2024 GT Premium Performance, Automatic. I've enjoyed lurking on the forum and, most importantly, loving the car! I'm coming from a long line of GM performance vehicles and don't have any buyers' remorse. I've found what my past cars have been missing, which was hard to pinpoint. The history, and the bit of theater infused in this car is fun and what I've been missing from my previous Camaro, CTS-V, Chevy SS, and ISF.

I don't have many pics yet, but I thought this one would be appropriate.

Hi all from little old New Zealand. i live in Tauranga, a port city on the east coast of the North Island. I'm into my 3rd month of Mustang ownership still wondering why I took so long. What a fantastically fun car, my first US car, 1st V8 and first Ford. Only took me 57 years from getting my licence to do it. And a wife who's been a Mustang fan for years also helped.

We don't get much, or even any choice, down here, GT or Dark Horse, manual or 10 speed.
Luckily our basic spec is good, performance pack, Brembos, active exhaust and what I think is premium interior. I would have liked Ford 360 though.
Grabber blue was the only colour choice anywhere near me. lucky we liked it.
I was sold on the first drive of the dealer demo car.
I haven't done any mods. Just wired in a V1 and dash cam, has ceramic coating done and PPF on the front end.
Almost forgot, an angry Wile E Coyote sticker to confuse the locals.
I'm looking forward to expanding my Mustang knowledge on here.

Greetings from Texas! I've been browsing the forum for a little bit and decided to sign up and say hello. Currently drive a 2018 370z sport with 13k miles on her. While I absolutely love the Z, I think not having a back seat caught up with me since I now have a little one at home.

A few weeks back, I saw a 24 GT in red on the road, and it caught my attention. This led me to look up the current gen, which led me to the forum. Funny enough, I floated the idea of "getting some American muscle" to my wife last week, and she actually paused to consider it, saying that at least those have a back seat.

So here we are! Signed up for the MCA last night, and furiously absorbing all the 'Stang info that I can. Always loved the car scene, so pretty excited to jump into this.
