Key Fob not Pairing with Memory Seat Settings

Have tried to pair my key fob to the memory seat setting for each person. Instructions say to hold the button for the desired setting until you hear two beeps. I only get one beep no matter how long I hold it. I have a GT premium with the 401a package. Wanting to make my remote and wife's to be able to change the seat and mirror when you push the unlock button on remote

I only use the buttons on the driver‘s door.
When you push the button you will only hear one beep.
It will also show up on the center dashboard.
On our 2020 4 x 4 F150 Limited when I set the seats from the buttons on the door. I will hear two beeps.
I have the same 2024 GT 401 a package as you.
I’ve never used my key fob to adjust my seats. I only use the buttons on the door.

I do use different seat settings for each key. if i remember correctly (i did it months ago!), you have to set the profiles with each key assigned, then the memory will be saved for each key.
I know the manual does not mention that, but for some reason i think that is what make it work for me....

Actually, the manual does mention that the profiles can be used to save different memory seat settings...i don't know if that is the only way ...
