I think Ford did a crappy job with names. Start-Stop shuts the engine off when you're stopped and turns it back on when you hit the gas. Stop & Go is part of the adaptive cruise control. If set it follows the car in front of you at a set distance and if that car comes to a complete stop you will also brake to a complete stop and hold the set distance. If it moves within 3 seconds, this time might be different, it will start following that car again. This is all automatic you don't touch anything, and it does NOT turn the engine off and on. Lane keeping alerts you when you're drifting out of your lane and if selected will also turn the wheel for you. Lane centering on the adaptive cruise control steers the car in the center of the lane without any input from you. There are some generic Ford videos on YouTube.Maybe I'm misunderstanding but I have the Premium 401A Manual Transmission and my car has the start-stop (Stop & Go) feature and Speed Sign recognition and lane keeping.
