There are currently 823 total retail unscheduled orders excluding Dark Horse, as of 1/22/24. HUGE progress from 1,521 retail orders last week.

Retail USOB: Is the current mix of retail orders in the unscheduled order bank (USOB) at the time the report was run. The report only looks at orders that are “clean”, meaning they do not have a compatibility error, material hold or on 99 priority code.

Compare to previous report

So is 823 unscheduled orders considered low by historical standards for the Mustang? It seems pretty low to me but maybe it's because it's winter perhaps?

I still don't know how to read this properly. The "GT Performance Package" with the number in red, I believe, indicates a shortage of that component. Yet, I have been told by Ford and my dealer that my order, which includes the GT performance package, is "Clean". I have also been told that "Clean" means no parts shortages.
See my confusion?

Nobody knows what “clean” means. But i can probably guess it has nothing to do with part shortages

I live in Littleton, Colo. south of Denver.
The Ford dealers only have a handful of 2024 Mustangs in stock.
It’s Winter & a rear wheel drive car 🚗.
I was told by my dealer it would take about 16 weeks to order a 2024 2.3 Hi performance Mustang with the 201A package?

Thanks for the post.
As some feedback / it would be great if you can have a standard write up on how to interpret those details moving forward. Just makes it easier for any reader to be able to interpret it instead of asking everytime how to interpret it

Focusing on clearing the domestic backlog could explain why the Aussie RHDs were not produced last week, and have been delayed a few more months.
Yet again. :explode:

I'm in Florida and expect the same 16+weeks for a GT.

I'm in FL and I ordered a pretty well loaded GT Prem on 12/23/23. Got notice on 1/18 that my car would be produced the week of Mar 25 Haven't heard anything since and no VIN yet. (Automatic, Perform Pack, 401a, active exh, mag ride, nite pony, grabber blue)

Got an update this week stating my car will be produced the week of 3/4/24. Moved up three weeks from 3/25. Great news.
