Looking for objective information on actual HSP and Torque gains with installing headers. There seems to be subjective information floating around but I would like to know from members with stock motor and long tube headers what the actual Dyno Tested gains are.

Thanks and appreciate your feedback.

20-30hp isn't uncommon. If you see more than that there are usually other mods that came with it, or the car wasn't tuned prior to the headers but was tuned after, etc.

this is unrelated, and I'm also not gonna do long tube headers. But from what I've seen, will installing these cause the CEL light to come on even if nothing is wrong with the car? Because no tuning is available, one can't get it to disappear unless they have o2 plugs right? Have seen numerous people ask this and it's just mysteriously ignored on youtube comments, ig comments, and even some posts in this forum. I feel like that would be valuable info for people who do want to install headers

Even if tuning WAS available, you’ll deal with the light.
It’s illegal for a tuner to adjust the post catalyst sensors.

Didn’t the 2024 GT , 486 🐎 with the Active Exhaust come Stock with the Short Headers?
Would the Long Headers be a little difficult to hide or would they go outside like the Corvette??
Thanks and appreciate your feedback.

Headers over the years is normally a 20-30hp gain and about 20 or so ft lbs. But that isn't at peak. Most headers pending the design will see gains in the mid range while helping with torque on the lower end.

With running a GESI or GREEN cats, it won't take away from the power gains either as they flow great.

If you do decide to go this route and get some, let us know as we work with all the major brands!
