@Renntech ..... agree and if someone wants a bit more lower end punch you can swap the sub for any number of beefier ones. That said, in our family we have other vehicles for cruising to Led Zep in the thick padded leather seats. When we take the GT out its not to listen to the best musical quality from some song. The MUSIC we are looking for is what we get from the roar of the engine and pipes and back burble and "pops" from the pipes on de-acceleration. I'm old school - our GTs DHs aren't for participation in a musical ride.

Thank you all for taking the time to reply. I'm probably a month or two from making an order. There's no sense in ordering right now, having the car arrive in the dead of winter, and not driving it until spring. I stored the BMW during winter, and I intend to do the same with this car. So, I guess I have some time to find one on a lot with the B&O, and listen to it. Also, I have some time to talk to some friends who have had aftermarket audio work done on their cars. We will see. Again, thanks! I appreciate the time all of you took to reply.

That's probably the best way to handle it. Listen to both systems and make a decision based on what you prefer.

You described the Mustang well when you said it had soul. Not as much soul as the beloved dog I lost recently, he had soul. To fill the void somewhat I went out and bought a 2024 GT premium automatic. At 79 and decent health I do feel younger, have more hair, and sneer at the kid driving the jacked up truck. No one has ever mentioned my Honda CR-V. Mine came with the B&O and am satisfied.
