Interessiert render, I appreciate your effort but it doesn't work for me. This looks almost identical to an F80 M3.

A Mustang shouldn't look like a BMW and I believe the S550 was partially so successful because it was overall good looking but didn't look like a copy cat.

Your render isn't really in line with the current design language although it's decent looking.

I mean they’re both black for sure. Lol.

The Baja Mustang has been the other project Farley has been hinting at for a year now as well. Followed by the “Porsche of Off Road” statement he said recently.

Everything Farley name drops or hints at happens in some way, he does it to prepare for backlash or to create excitement I noticed.

I think, Mr. Farley needs to figure out how will the Mach4 design compete with the 4-door charger that will be out later this year. It is larger and roomier then the current mustang. Not sure if the S650 deign can be stretched to the charger dimensions.

It’s honestly a completely different sub segment, Charger is on the large end of the executive size. Last thing Ford should do is increase the size beyond a CT5. Dodge isn’t a shining example currently for good business practice either.

what you’re thinking is like a modern version of that Interceptor concept Ford had.

I was thinking the Mach-4 should be no smaller than the CT5 and no larger than the previous-gen Charger (or the FPV GT-F 351 [Ford Falcon]) .

Also, why does the current-gen 4-door Charger side profile look better (or at least less awkward) than the 2-door Charger?

It was designed to incorporate the doors first, so it’s extra long as a coupe. 😂 It does look a little weird but in person it’s okay.

I’m really curious to see how Dodge does sales wise with both models and I have a feeling Ford is waiting to see how it does.

With rumors of Hemi V8s coming back to Dodge/Ram products, the 4-door Charger becomes a little more appealing to me. But I do wonder how much heavier that car will feel taking turns compared to the last-gen Charger and Challenger.

To be honest I wish they could have taken the EVOs concept into production as it allowed easy entry for the rear passengers. On overall size the EVOs I am not sure, but it may have been smaller then the S650 platform.

First off, you do NOT want a mustang that size. The Dodge Charger is just 7 inches shorter than the old Lincoln Town Car. That thing is HUGE. (207hx80wx59h)
I think the biggest you would want is 1997 Thunderbird/1999 Grand Prix sized 200/73/53 or 197/73/52, but since the Mustang is a bit wider at 75-76, and a bit higher at 55, those will do.

So 200x76x55 or just a wee bit shorter

Bro I’m glad you bring that up because that thing probably won’t be crazy. I’m thinking weight will be a little more than the challenger and perform similar.

IIRC, the 4 door version is not getting the High Output straight 6, but the 2 door is. The old 6.4 is between

I’ve seen a few articles that stated the 4 door HO and 2 door SO were coming, just at a later date
