Hi everyone,

Yesterday I wanted to take my car for a ride, but unfortunately, it wouldn’t start. My car has been sitting in the garage for 9 days I have a NORCO battery charger - maintainer - conditioner for AGM batteries set up since day one because I don’t daily drive my vehicle. I only use it on weekends for pleasure.

Today, when I tried starting it, I got a bunch of error codes and sensor faults. I’ve attached a videos for reference. If anyone has experienced something similar or has any advice, I’d really appreciate your input.

It’s very frustrating, and I’d like to avoid towing the car to the nearest dealership if possible. I know it’s under warranty, but I’d prefer to get it running myself if there’s an easy fix. Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

That happened to me once when it was pretty new. I called my wife for her to get the truck and bring jumper cables. While waiting I found a public bathroom nearby. It took about fifteen minutes for her to arrive. I figured I'd try to start her up again and she fired up. I can't remember what the dash showed but it might have been parking sensors ? I've never had the problem again ...

Yeah, I’ll bet it’s the battery, especially given your use case. I’d ensure you have a fully charged battery and disconnect/reconnect.

Did FordPass give any alerts prior? did you get a ‘remote features disabled’ or ‘deep sleep’ alert?

If you have her on a charger it’s curious for sure. Either that charger is mucking up the battery management system or it’s not keeping up with the draw.

Any aftermarket equipment?
Any previous issues with the car?

disconnect the battery and wait for 10ish minutes for the system to clear all faults, then reconnect and try again
I did That Last Night at least 3 Times But Did not work!! Still got all the codes! But this morning After 8 Hours of charge time ON my Norco 1amp Wall Charger It fires up right away.. but my Voltage Says (13.5) while driving? is this Normal?

yeah thats a battery issue then, not sure how new your car is but it could just be low charge due to parasitic draw from how long these things can sit before getting to you.

OK, it’s been roughly 30 minutes after I turn off my car and I re-checked my battery condition and this is what I got 12.67 Volts Is this a normal voltage? when not running.. I'll check it again later and see if I have a voltage dropped.

Make sure you have your trickle charger in the right mode for the type of battery you are re-charging/maintaining
Yes I have it set on (AGM)

It appears you have the battery maintainer connected directly to the battery which is bypassing the battery management system. If so, I suggest relocating to this location (green arrow).
