My Ford Settings Not saving

Has anyone had an issue with the “my setting” not saving. Specifically the dash colors? And the odd thing is when you go to change colors back it shows the selected color. But is displaying another color. I’d have to get an image. But kinda a pain.

I have that happen whenever there is an update to the car's software. On my car it is set to do that at 1am.

Mine did the same thing at first.
It will stabilize over time.
Nothing to worry about.

I have that happen, but not too many times. I just own the car for a month now so I didn't had the time to see when it does that and what is causes it to do so.

Historically, the Raptor came with adjustable ambient lighting for 2 model years, when Ford changed to light blue ambient lighting.

I have to wonder how long this will last, the ’25’s still have adjustable color schemes and ambient lighting but it’s got to be generating a bunch of dealer visits.

When you make the color change, navigate back to home and the colors should be saved. If not, you have a module or hard part issue. If it is saving and then changing to defaults, that’s ubiquitous; the car sometimes resets the colors all on its own.

If an OTA update comes in, it resets the colors, turns OFF ambient lighting and forces ON the alarm exit prompt. At least.

I have had colors and dash layout change 3 times. It has always happened after a software upgrade. Yes, this could be corrected in software, but in reality it doesn't matter. After all, it only tacks a few minutes at best to reset the parameters. This said, if it is happening without an upgrade, the fix is apparently a module replacement according to the TBS.
