Noice, Mad Inc had our cars side by side so I think there might be a PPF vs ceramic video comingWell, detail and PPF work is done. She's back to the dealer now, waiting for that recall work.
The dealership was obviously closed on Christmas and Boxing day. Didnt stop me from leaving some smudge marks on the showroom glass.
MADinc also filmed some footage of my car in that last week prior to returning to the dealership. I'll post that when they finished editing and have it up on their Youtube channel.

I did a carpet boot mat for my S550 from Fit My Car which I was very happy with. https://www.fitmycar.com.au/ford/mustang/coupe-2024-current/ca1820I havent seen too many people in this forum bother with getting a boot mat. I really like having something that prevents things from sliding around back there and something thats easy to clean in case of an accidental spill.
I found and ordered this:

I'll report back about the quality and fitment etc, once I get it.
Next item on my list to acquire, a proper spare tyre.
I've been thinking about one but don't have a car yet. Will keep this in mind, thanks for the linkI havent seen too many people in this forum bother with getting a boot mat. Hey Mate the dealer threw one in as a thanks for all the delays, its a rubber ford mat specific for the Mustang so I'd be hitting them up...Just tell em other dealers are doing it lolI havent seen too many people in this forum bother with getting a boot mat. Thanks, but I already checked. I was told all they can do for me is a full tank of 98. These buggers are stingy!Hey Mate the dealer threw one in as a thanks for all the delays, its a rubber ford mat specific for the Mustang so I'd be hitting them up...Just tell em other dealers are doing it lol
Well, here's hoping it's actually 98 and not 91 or E10.Thanks, but I already checked. I was told all they can do for me is a full tank of 98. These buggers are stingy!
The S650 boot is a slightly different shape to the S550. The S550 Ford rubber mat fits but doesn't quite sit flat on the left rear corner in the recess. Near enough not to be a problem if moving from S550 to S650 but if you are buying new something to consider.I did a carpet boot mat for my S550 from Fit My Car which I was very happy with. https://www.fitmycar.com.au/ford/mustang/coupe-2024-current/ca1820
Hence Greg why I linked 2024-current. Perhaps I am the odd one out but I just can't see the rubber mats suiting everyone. I went with the "prestige" version and it was very plush.
