I got them quite a while ago, before my car was even in the country.
Ordered them from LMR. They don't ship to Australia, so I used Stackry as a parcel forwarding service to get them here.
I had a feeling you were going to say that.

What is it with the local Mustang suppliers, they are just so behind the game with offering stuff.

When I got my car, the dealer (pretty useless, but more on that later) just left the underbody strakes in the boot. I wanted them installed, so today I decided to try my new jacking pads and see if I can install the strakes.

First step off course is to jack up the car. As I mentioned in @5.0ALM 's thread, I wasn't sure how I was going to get the trolley jack in under the car and then put the jack stands in as well. This turned out to be fairly easy. I ended up putting the trolley jack on the jack pads, with a microfibre cloth in between as to not scratch or mar the pads. I then lifted the car high enough so that I can also get a jack stand with another micro fibre cloth under the official designated pinch weld jacking point (marked with a triangle). To avoid any damage to the pinch weld, I kept the pressure on the jack, not lowering the car onto the jack stand. I just left the jack stand in place in case of jack failure so the car will fall onto the jack stand instead. I only left a millimetre or two between the jack stand and the pinch weld.

With the car properly jacked up, I made a rather embarrassing discovery. The dealership never removed the damn shipping blocks! What's so embarrassing is that I was aware of these things existing. They were left in for the truck ride to the PPF installer some months ago, but when the car was returned I was told by the dealer they are removed as part of the pre-delivery inspection. When I picked up the car the dealer also told me they were removed. What the hell. When a dealer tells you something, go check for yourself because these idiots clearly cant be trusted. In the two weeks or so of ownership, I've done 300km but not heard a creak or anything by driving with these in the spring. I cant believe the dealer just lied to me like that, and I want to kick myself for not check it myself. Oh well, they are removed now.

With these blocks removed, I moved on to the strake install which is really easy with a 7mm socket. There are 10 bolts in total. Super easy to install.

After this, I gave the car a nice bath. Squeaky clean and looking mint, ready for the next drive.

I bet it drives a bit better now too - a bit more suspension travel...

Yeah probably. Haven't driven it yet, but will take it for a drive tomorrow. 👍

Hey @bfets.......from this happening to people in the states (one guy did over 1000miles), it doesn't seem to affect the car too much, but it will definitely change the stance of the car now, when they took the stops out when I picked up the car at the ppf workshop, the nose dropped at the front was about 30mm lower, and I swear after a 1k km drive home, that it settled again. Pic for reference so you can see height in wheel arch.

I cheated and got dealer to fit aero strakes during piece of mind service.....I still need to get a jack and lift up the car and check underneath still.

Can you check these without jacking the car? Is there enough room to see them? Gunna have to check mine now as I told the dealer 3 times to make sure but now I’m wondering

Yeah you'll definitely be able to see them without jacking up the car. You just need to look in there at the spring under the fender. I just didn't check at all until today.
