Upgraded Styling. Available in our smoked finish to match your lower bumper, this upgrade offers a lot more than just your standard reverse light—you’re getting a reverse light twice as bright as the factory option, an additional red running light, and an optional strobing 4th brake light. The Form Lighting LED Reverse Light adds a significant increase in output over the factory reverse lamp as well as a more stealth appearance with a smoked lens. The center section of the lamp acts as a running light and a 4th brake light with the option to add a strobing function if desired. With this premium OE-grade replacement, you’ll stand out from the crowd with an extremely modern look.

OEM-Grade Construction. Form Lighting lamps are built with quality in mind, using OE-grade materials and design techniques. This includes durable UV-coated polycarbonate lenses, automotive-grade LED emitters, breather vents, and OEM plug-and-play connectors. They are assembled in an IATF 16949-certified facility, which is a quality management system designed for the automotive industry. While they may not be the cheapest option you’ll find, you can rest assured that these lights will provide durable and superior performance.

Road Legal. Form Lighting lamps meet all SAE, DOT, FMVSS, and CMVSS standards and regulations for legal on-road use in the United States and Canada.

Plug-and-Play. Our LED Reverse Lamp for the Mustang is completely plug-and-play and will fit perfectly, without any gaps. It was designed to plug into your factory tail light wiring, using OEM connectors, with no cutting or splicing needed. And if you want to disable or enable toggle the strobe effect? It’s so easy—just connect or disconnect the amp connector in the trunk.
