Just installed Ferrada CM2 wheels - 20x10” +28mm front, 20x11” +50 mm rear with Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4 285/35ZR20 front & 305/35ZR20 rear. Nice fit. No rubs. Very nice ride quality. Haven’t checked speedometer yet. I expect some difference since rear tires are 1.9” taller. Had 295/30ZR20 for rear as a backup plan since it is only 1/2” taller but decided to try the bigger tread width of the 305 - 11.3” vs 10.8”
Special note: the Michelins have a straighter side wall than the Pirelli Trofeo RS’s. Results in more tread width with a “smaller” tire. Stock Pirelli 315/30ZR19 12.6” wide with 10.5” tread width. Michelin 305/35ZR20 12.3” wide, 11.3 tread width. Be careful or tires may stick out past the fender. Tire Rack data.

PS. Note rear 2” spline lug nuts. Stick out like Obama’s ears. Need to get some shorter ones.

By the way, did you change the suspension (lowering springs) or is that stock? The 20" wheels do help fill the gap a bit. I have 20" wheels on my GT premium and am on the fence about lowering it.

Stock suspension. Just using it for the street.
Btw, did your rear lug nuts stick out on your 20’s?

No, but I replaced them when I changed wheels (the originals were chrome). I got a package from LMR that came with tires mounted and balanced plus new lugs.

I got new lugs too with my wheels. The fronts fit perfectly but the rears stick out.

Lowering it with Sport Progressives will look like this...

My rear lugs do stick out a little more than the front, but only about 1/4" (I never noticed it until you mentioned it).

The wheels on the Dark Horse are like that. The off set on the rear wheels make the wheel lugs stick out. When I put on black spline lock lugs I went and got the guy in the shop because I thought they put on the wrong one's. As it turns out they were right. Yes they do look stupid but what can you do?

Stock wheels don't have issue with rear lug nuts sticking out further. On my 2019, the Niche wheels had the same issue. Not clear why some aftermarket wheels are made this way.

I looked closer at the rims. The fronts have 1-1.5” more metal on the mounting surface that mates to the car’s wheel. That takes up the extra stud length that protrudes through the rim holes. The rear’s mounting surface does not. I did not realize that they make the front rims differently from the rear. I thought they would be the same except for the offset.
Also, Gorilla has a 1.3 shorty spline lug nut. I ordered 1 to test - $2 lug nut, $10 S&H, came in a 1 foot square box!😂. I think it will be too short & will bottom out before tightening the rim. MCGard has 1.6” & 1.9” lugs. I’m going to try the 1.6” one if the Gorilla too short. Will still stick out but less.
