Mine was originally scheduled for 07/31, and bumped up to 07/24.

My tracker does not show that the car has even been scheduled.

The Canadian tracker is not even working, I called ford support and they didn’t not see anything, so I called the dealer and he says yes scheduled, he sent me a screen shot

Looks like some people got better luck then me with production. I ordered 4/19, set for production on 4/20 with email saying week of 6/19. One week later the tracker said the week of 6/12 then after the plant reopened it went to 6/13. Then as of today it says my car is not even scheduled. I hope its just the system working itself out and not delayed.

How the heck did you get a build date 1 day after placing your order, while a lot of us have been waiting 45-60+ days (and counting) to be scheduled?

How the heck did you get a build date 1 day after placing your order, while a lot of us have been waiting 45-60+ days (and counting) to be scheduled?

I honestly don’t know how I managed to get scheduled the day after I ordered. I went to my dealer on 4/19 and an hour or two later I got the email saying it was ordered. Then on 4/20 I got an email saying it was set for production for 6/19 along with being provided a vin. My salesperson only has called me once since then saying it was scheduled for 6/19

Is there anyone else in Ontario having trouble with the Ford tracker , or is it just me , Dealer says it scheduled, Ford Support says it was last week , but This week they say they see nothing but ordered , Dealer still sees it scheduled, ??? Called Ford and they say having trouble with the tracker .???

For the peeps out there who have not gotten an email from Ford: Call you dealer and demand that they look up the order information. Someone at my dealer mis-spelled my name and I never got the emails. They fixed it today and lo and behold I got emails in my inbox. You SHOULD be getting emails from Ford. My dealer just tried to tell me that I wouldn't get anything until Ford selected the car for production. In the words of my gen Z children, "That's cap!" Make sure you get those emails and get on your dealer about it. I finally told them today I was getting frustrated with them and about to cancel my order. Amazing how they fixed all the issues.

It seems like Ford updated scheduling for those that got unscheduled like me. I am now scheduled for the week of 6/19
