If you did your first tinting 25 years ago, it won't be long before you do have problems because of it. 😁 Glenn
:giggle:

Over that time I have had about 18 different vehicles 😬

Just want to say that I am over my OCD of my tint! I am happy that I didn't remove it, and just learned to live with it over the last few weeks. I guess it is what it is. I would've been miserable if I removed it only to find out that the difference was not that significant, and that I just wasted $500.

Have the same Xpel 35% and it looks similar to yours but it's driving me crazy. It's even hazy during the day that's why I'm considering removing it.
Clean it good with an ammonia free glass cleaner. Sometimes you get a haze from the soapy water used to apply it. I used 5% expel and my glass is crystal clear from the inside. I did have to clean it 3 weeks after is was applied.

I had the same dilemma when I tinted my car windows a while ago. I wanted to see how it would look without the tint, but I wasn’t sure if it was worth removing. Unfortunately, I don’t have a rearview mirror shot to share, but I do know that the tint can really change the clarity, especially at night.

I ended up taking some before and after shots with my phone to compare the difference. I even uploaded the photos to my digital picture frame from Nixplay, which was a fun way to track changes and see them side by side. Maybe try snapping a few shots now, and compare them later after some time?
