Have had my 2024 GT Premium since January, and decided to get ppf (front/track package), ceramic coating, and 35% tint professionally installed a few weeks ago. Expensive, but happy with the results and should keep it looking great for years to come.

Any update? 😁
Here ya go! Two pictures of the rear view looking out the back window from within the car - one is in afternoon with sun still up, other at night. Middle photo is a comparison looking out windshield (no tint) vs passenger door window (35% tint). Photos are a pretty good representation of how it looks in real life.

Really, with 35% tint, it's hardly noticeable from inside during the day, and only slightly more noticeable at night. Doesn't affect visibility too bad.

Wow, you have zero ladder effect at night? Mine is crazy annoying! Look at my nighttime photos. Do you have Xpel ceramic tint?

What color is that? Vapor Blue
Correct - color is vapor blue with the nite pony package for blacked out headlights, mirrors, roof, badges and wheels.

Your car looks really good.I spent $1,518.24 including WA state tax.
PRODUCT: EXPEL
AREAS COVERED: Front bumper. Front grill. Front hood up to back side of the heat extractor vent. Front fender leading edges. Both pillars next to windshield. 12 inches on roof. Mirrors. Door cups and door edges.
Thank you! Your 2024 and the GT500 look awesome - that white and red really shines

Mine was about $2500 after tax for the Suntek PPF portion, MN for reference. Got the track package which is full hood, front bumper, grill, front fenders, headlights, mirrors, a-pillars, side skirts and a strip on front of roof.

Tint was about $400, and the ceramic coating $1600.

Ah, I think I see what you mean in your photos - the vertical affect around other lights. I can’t say that I have noticed that, but will make sure to look next time I’m driving at night. Mine is the Suntek ceramic tint.

Shiny! Looks great. Love the choice of blue brembos by the way!

Strange how the color looks gray in your photos rather than vapor blue.

The same company did my 2009 GT500 (which I still have) in 2011 for $834. This 2009 is a beast to drive. Smaller pulley on the SC and a Ford Racing CAI tuned by VMP Justin Starkey. Love this car too !

So did you notice the light refraction when driving at night?

I think I have two issues; the light refraction and the fact that it's so dark at night when the auto dim feature of the rearview mirror turns on (there's no way to turn it off). I am considering replacing my 35% ceramic tint with 50% non-ceramic.

the car is stunning. Color with nite package looks the business. Extremely great looking Mustang.

did your color look different after treatment? Looks more grey than blue and looks even better than everything I’ve seen of vapor blue.

wondering if the color shift is reproduceable or if it’s just the photo lighting and sun. Because if it’s reproduceable, we need the recipe.

So after some night driving past few days, I do notice the vertical light bars from other car lights when looking out back window through rear view mirror, though it's not quite as pronounced as the pictures you posted. I'm guessing something with the tint + rear view mirror + lines across back window. I don't remember what it looked like before the tint, but even now it's not too distracting.

Personally, the level of darkness at night is okay for me with the 35% tint, but I probably wouldn't want any lower like some people do (20% or even 5% I see people do).

I'm sure the 50% would help with the darkness part!

Thanks! Vapor blue is the perfect blend between unique and not flashy in your face (although I still long for Grabber Blue some days...).

The color is definitely just more grey in the photos and due to the lighting/time of day. The car just looks more shiny after the treatment, color itself remains the same. What I've found with Vapor Blue is that when it gets closer to sunset, it tends to look more grey, where middle of the day or an overcast day (like Rayman's pic above), it looks more blue. One of my favorite aspects of this color, as that seems to shift based on the lighting.
