Is this enough time for them to have lower dust pads for the Grabber blue brakes? They haven't released their grabber blue brake pads yet
I was kidding, the brake pads don't have anything to do with the color of the calipers lolIs this enough time for them to have lower dust pads for the Grabber blue brakes?
I also ordered them from Summit last Friday. ETA for fronts is 3/14 (Z26-2516). ETA rears is 2/12 (Z26-2528). I called Power Stop directly and they did verify that production is back ordered and the dates Summit listed are realistic. Had them on several cars and loved them. Very low dust and light colored. Some slight decrease in performance, but for the street not that noticeable. Definitely worth $232.Ordered the Power Stop Z26 carbon ceramic pads through Summit this morning. They don't have them in stock. Looks like a 3–4-week delivery time.
Summit just charged my credit card, so I'm guessing my pads are ready to ship.I also ordered them from Summit last Friday. ETA for fronts is 3/14 (Z26-2516). ETA rears is 2/12 (Z26-2528). The good news is that my car is in storage and probably won't be back on the road until April. I'm also replacing the rotors with Eradispeed rotors. I already have an appointment at my body shop at the end of April to have my calipers repainted. As long as I can get my new rotors and pads on before that, I'll be a happy camper.Somewhat parallels my "Summit/Power Stop experience".
Ordered a complete (rotors, pads, calipers, caliper brackets) Z23 street upgrade kit for my 2013 Focus ST back in late summer or early fall of 2020. Received everything but the "back ordered" rear calipers very quickly.
Fast forward 6 months to early '21 when I traded the ST in on my Focus RS. Still no "back ordered" rear calipers from PS!I got a refund from Summit; who'd charged my card 6 months earlier when I placed the order.
VERY pleased with the kit upgrade!
