@RacerMach1 --thanks for the vid! Hopefully that schmuck gets the book thrown at him, and the folks in the other car have a full and speedy recovery (including their car)!

My training and prior experience parallels @JohnNathan's and @Lou G's; snag the bad guy/s first; attend to the injured (if any) second.

I should have added as well, being in a major city, fire and ambulance were often there first or very soon after us. It was different for the rural guys though.
