After being told inaccurate information twice this week (It's in Southampton on Monday, It's in Dagenham on Tuesday) it's finally been confirmed that my car arrived in the UK in the early hours of Wednesday. (Wilhelmine arrived at 2:48am)
Conveniently the tracking only shows it getting off the boat and not when it finally left customs etc.
When i was given the information on Tuesday it may have already boarded the ship and they mistook the next location for the current location.

They had a plan for it being picked up from the port at the weekend and delivered to the dealer on Tuesday, my dealer does have a transporter of Puma's and Focus' arriving from the same port on Friday. There is a very slim chance it'll make it onto that transporter instead.
I was told it had been moved to a 'top priority delivery' but it still shows as 05.

4 months and a day from factory to final country is crazy (7 weeks after entering Europe) and I hope the following cars move faster than this.

Did you ever find out the name of the system they are using for you car tracking other than Vista - as in the top screen grab?

Mine is 4 months from build next week and still in Newark. There is another identical spec car on the Ford website 'due in 7 weeks' which I'm pretty sure is my original order! One of them will turn up at some point!

Mines stuck at the port as well, someone mentioned that they had read a post stating that no more cars will come to the UK this year as they will exceed this year’s emissions target, my car’s delivery target has been extended to November and I wonder if they are going to keep drifting it till next year 🤔

I think that is unlikely. The first 2 years of the new system are very complex and you can 'borrow' sales from next year as well as using weighting from previous years. I don't think 200 or 300 cars will make a difference. Plus all car makers know all this, they just wouldn't have built them.

Nobody wants cars sitting around unsold, not even Ford!

I had both bad then good news on live chat earlier.
It started with sorry we don't have a location for your vehicle again (queue the sigh that they only found it again yesterday)
They then asked for my support ticket number and then low and behold it has just been delivered to your dealer that is why we can no longer track it.

I've seen the mileage (it's low at just over 10) and I'll be paying it a visit on my way home.

As for the tracking system, nope was never given a name but it's the system live chat uses. If you ask them to email it to you they will depending on who you get.

For reference as it was asked for before, locking wheel nuts, under body strakes etc are all in the boot. I’ll also post the window sticker soon

I spoke to my salesman about this at some length whilst the paperwork was processing...

Ford have done a deal where they pay a significantly reduced rate of fine for a set number of vehicles that they're over by. He is expecting two more 'stangs next week and then that's it for a while. He was as surprised as i was when it turned up. Although they had 3 transporters of new cars arriving today and 1 taking away used cars. The lot was absolutely brimmed with cars including a bunch of raptors say out on the grass.

Without the deal Ford would of had to have stopped selling ICE cars for the rest of the year already. Even if they sold nothing but EV's for the rest of the year at the present rate they'd still be under requirement and they can't survive on EV only sales.

He did say as of Q4 the stellantis group is halting all ICE sales until '25.

Attached is the window sticker, it's a bit mustang 6.5 some of the info is straight up wrong.

Edit - Also seems i was previously wrong about the wheel balancing being sketchy, the wheels have a white mark that has been lined up with the red dot on the tyres
