It does look pretty bland, very few character lines and holy crap, that front overhang is ridiculous looking. There's like 3 feet of plastic in front of the engine. Gross. And yes, the Mach 1 looks way better.I saw the car in person. Bland is all I can say

The overhangs look pretty good here. The side also has more character lines than the s550. The two lines cutting down the side just don't have the undercut the lines on the s550 have.

That photo has a very wide-angle lens, that doesn't capture or "see" around the front overhang. Notice how the wheels almost look like they're tilting toward the center of the car? The whole length of the car is squished and doesn't accurately reflect the length of the car, all which change how the overhang looks. When you step back and take a picture with a normal lens, it looks really long, case in point:The overhangs look pretty good here. The side also has more character lines than the s550. Some people will say it's the same as the S650, but it is longer at the end of the hood since the hood protrudes further out. They may even show photos, but photos are often taken at slightly different angles which will change how the overhang looks. The S550 has a pretty long overhang, but it disappears the further toward the rear of the car you get. The S650's overhang doesn't disappear as well as the S550.
