Shutter assembly differences

I am looking for the part marked with blue on the photo attached (active shutter), without parts 14 and 12 as already have them.

Maybe somebody can explain the differences in these parts:
PR3Z-8475-A - it is clear, the assembly (number 9), where all 3 parts come together, with active shutter

PR3Z-8475-B - replaced by PR3Z-8475-D - without active shutter. Does it mean, that it is only that blue part that I need, without parts 14 and 12 OR it means that the flaps will be motionless?

PR3Z-8475-C - even can’t find the accurate information about it, however, my VIN shows that part number

I don't think I can help but when I put my VIN number it says I have PR3Z-8475-D and I have a Premium + Performance pack Mustang

ford has 2 active shutter assemblies. for the non-performance EcoBoost and GT, it is a full assembly with shutters. for the performance EcoBoost and GT as well as all Dark Horses, it is basically just the frame without any actual shutters in it and i think there is a jumper on the end of the connector where the motor would normally go

yep, any GT without the GT Performance Pack has active grill shutters

yep, any GT without the GT Performance Pack has active grill shutters

Also the case for the Ecoboost... HPP gets no shutters.
