Hey does anyone know when we will be getting some new gauge clusters with the updates, just like in the US? Or did they release and my DH didn’t update yet?

It is just really random when your car gets them. My car has classic, cobra, and fox body so far.10.1.0

Are you sure you have the automatic updates set up?

yes, it's activated on the vehicle and FordPass
You don't activate/deactivate OTA updates from FordPass. You have to do that from the vehicle. The app just indicates if it's enabled/disabled.

Yes, I know, FordPass is for information only. On the vehicle, it's enabled.

Yes, although less often and it’s a different build stream due to the software being slightly different in terms of regulation compliance.
someone did generate a table of sync 4 release versions.

Out of interest mine came with 4.0.24058 from the factory which has all of the same dash’s as the current USA version.

Sorry if this has been pointed out in a previous thread, but I noticed they added a chime indicator under the shift indicator. Thought that was kind of cool. Still waiting on Ford to fix it to where Trip 2 doesn't reset the distance and MPG.

That seems quite strange. With all the options I see via forscan, you'd think all market requirements could be covered by country specific settings in various configs.

Not saying you're wrong, it's just weird though.

A different build stream is still the same software... They just compile it / validate it less often.

I don't know how long it takes ford to compile there software versions but it'll be in the hours if not days for the full version.
I also don't know how modular their software is but only recompiling some of it not all of it will save a lot of time.

And then there is testing, since the software is a safety critical device it will have to undergo full validation.
The less you change the less you have to validate.
A simple thing as a different language would add significant time to the validation per language.

From what i've seen Ford does major and minor software releases , USA gets all of the releases (around 10 a year) Canada gets most but not all of the releases.
Europe / ROW gets between 1 and 2 releases per year.
