Some how I thought that the rims were the same sizes, just the tires were different sizes. Someone check me on this. I just bought a used set of wheels off a 2020 PP car and they're all the same, I'll re measure today to confirm.
Rim size will be stamped on the inside spoke of the wheel… along with the offset.

you can put a rear wheel on the front if your running spacers . I’m running 4 S550 PP1 rear wheels ..

Yeah the GT Performance Pack and DH rim sizes are a half in wider in the back for a staggered set up. The GT premiums are a square set up (all 4 are the same width).
Looks like I got taken, mine are all 9”, guy said they were PP wheels. I’ll make them work or sell them.

Luckily they were able to squeeze me in right away before I had to get to work, though I had to get up early to go do that. Doesn't seem to be any damage outside of some minor damage inside the rim itself, looks like a rock had gotten its way in there and took a little bit of paint with it when it got kicked out by the brake caliper as there is even less clearance with the rear rim up front. Like probably only a few mm between the caliper and rim level tight. No worse than the existing scuffs I've already put on the rim from the winter though spit shine will take care of it. Tire, strut, and caliper all look fine.

As for the pulling I think it was literally just having the backspacing being different and having one tire be stretched slightly was enough for me to notice, now that it's right it handles MUCH better. The pulling wasn't a consistent left or right, it was more so the car was responding overly aggressively to the crown and grooves worn into the road. Sometimes it would hook left or right randomly as the conditions of the road changed and our roads are pretty terrible out here. Funny how that little of a difference would be so noticeable.

This shop actually does use proper torque procedures and actually has an apparently super secret special sauce way of torquing your wheels where they guarantee you don't have to come back for a retorque at all. Scary but apparently it holds up in a court of law as it's right on the invoice that they insist on it not being necessary and are liable for it. There's a few dealerships here that are actually more notorious for over torquing/impacting people's lugs into oblivion or leaving them so loose that they do a whole wheel delete on the highway (I work in parts and cannot count on one hand how many people have told me the same story, yikes!)

Glad to hear you didn't have any significant damage, and they got it fixed for you!

PP wheels from an Ecoboost will be all 9"... and GT PP fronts are 9"... all of them are still PP wheels. The only way they would "not" be PP wheels is if they were some other design/pattern. Don't see that as getting taken unless they specified the actual sizes.

Can you post a picture? Were they the S650 versions?

Interesting. I didn't know there was a size difference on the ecos.

He originally said 2020 PP (so S550), which were the same style/design on the Eco and GT.

Ah ok. So it just the S650 that has the square width on all corners for the eco then?

The S550 Eco PP was all the same size wheels as is the S650 Eco PP... the S650 has a different design/pattern on the Eco PP vs the GT PP so it's easy to tell what they came off of.

Thanks for clarifying. That's what I thought, hence my initial confusion. 👍🏻

Ouch, I understand your frustration, especially after giving clear instructions...
It's crazy that they managed to reverse the rims like that, especially with such an obvious config.
The differences in width can actually cause friction, especially at the front.
The behavior of the car that pulls from left to right does not surprise me with this assembly.
You do well to go back early, I hope they will assume their mistake and correct it quickly.
Good thing you noticed it in time before it caused more damage.
Keep us posted once it's sorted out!

Apart from anything else, the car will be unbalanced on left to right transitions and vice versa.
It'd be quite dangerous if you were driving hard.
The fact there are two different sizes should have told the tyre muppet that the rims were probably different too.
And, as far as I know, only the latest Audi RS3 has wider tyres on the front.
