Ordered K&N Typhoon intake. First time owning anything performance related. Pretty pumped to start adding things. Looking into a Borla S type or ATAK cat back exhaust next. Wheels and Nittos have already been picked out.

Keep an eye on your intake temps when you are in traffic.

I would go sit somewhere with the car for say 5 minutes BEFORE you install it and run a temp test then check your temps AFTER you install it.

Word on the street is that those metal intake tubes transfer under-the-hood-heat into your intake system and cause your temps to raise up a not insigificant amount.

Had mine in the dealer today (nice pick and drop off service by them). When I was driving back after 2 days on track at Gingerman a couple weeks back, I stopped to grab something to eat. When I got back in the car and hit the expressway a CEL popped up.

Ford Pass told me something about the emissions system and not getting electrical input. A member here pulled the code for me and it was a P0161 - O2 sensor heater circuit. The dealer was able to confirm it needed to be replaced and ordered the part. It came in last Friday but I couldn't get it to them until today.

All is well now, hopefully.

You think some thermal wrap would help? I'm not terribly concerned about looks under the hood.

I wondered about that. It was 2 days of intense driving on the course. Then the sensor failed on the way home. No idea though if it was just coincidence that it happened at that time.

Are those factory stripes?

And what difference have you noticed with the addition of the STB?

The stripes are the over the top opacity fade accent stripe from Ford.
As far as the strut tower brace, it seems to stabilize the front end a little bit more when cornering. I noticed a lot of nose diving on my 2014 Mustang when cornering so I put one on it and I've had them on my Mustangs ever since.

They made a housing for the screen to fit above the steering wheel and then made a little housing for the control buttons above the wireless charging pad. 3 sensors mounted up front and two in the back.

I'm picking up my Mustang on Friday. I can't seem to find the pre inspection ch3ck list somebody wrote out? I think it was a sticky somewhere?

Talks about making sure the headlights don't have that problem, don't let the dealer etch anything into the car, make sure you get your seroousxm free trial. I can't seem to find it.

Any help would be aporeciat3d.
