What is the best way to get Nite Pony style headlights?

About ready to pull the trigger and purchase my s650. The one I'm looking at doesn't have the nite pony package.

I plan on getting the roof, spoiler, and mirrors wrapped, along with the nite pony badges.

However I really like the headlights as well (I'm getting Oxford White so the contrast for me is a must), anyone have experience painting these, or putting tint on them (this doesn't seem ideal I'd still like to see at night), or just buying new headlights?

You can get the headlights they use on the NPP from Ford but I believe they are quite expensive. I tinted my headlights with anchor rooms kit. I have the 20% tint on now but already bought the 50% tint and plan on changing it soon. The 20% really does dim the output by quite a bit.

Yeah I saw those I think they were like $1000 each, which seems insane.

I wonder if I could use the tint, and buy brighter bulbs maybe? Idk just spitballing some ideas

Nah that is a picture before I tinted. Here is one with the 20% tint to get an idea.

20% looks pretty good to me

When you switch to 50% (if you remember and don't mind), I'd love to see before/after of the output at night.

You might want to check your local laws regarding tinting or darkening headlights. Ford had to get the Nite Pony lights approved by DOT before they went on the first vehicle hence the additional cost. Never pass up a chance for profit, eh?
At any rate, most states don't allow darkening the headlight lens so be careful. I got pulled in Iowa for tint and smoked lenses. Not fun.

Np just be carefull some wont say or show pictures of tab damage though the link i posted is suposedly perfect condition. I have headlight covers i put on during the day. Affixed with some velcro.
