Greetings. My '25 GT has 8.5" wheels all around. At some point, I'd like to get better off-line traction. I had Mickey Thompson ET Street SS tires on 20" x 10" wheels on a Dodge Challenger and they seemed to work pretty well, so I'd like to use that or some similar tire in the rear.

I'll probably benefit from wider rear wheels, maybe 10" So, my question is, for an 18" x 10" wheel, what offset and backspacing would fit my car with no modification. Thanx, guys.

2025 GT base offset is 62.5 mm. So for 1.5” wider you add half of that to offset. I.e. 0.75” = 12.5mm which will be 75mm.

I'd personally run a 17x10 +50 with a 305/45-17 or a 19x11 +50 with a 305/35-19

None of the 18" tire sizes do it for me except for 305/40-18

What profile do you want to run, is it important to you to have a front wheel that matches your rear wheels, etc

In my experience, larger wheels (thinner tires) result in a bumpy drive quality. I am happy with my stock 18” Ebony Black Painted Aluminum Wheels. Looks great too. People used to black our their rims back in the day, now they come stock.

On my old car, I had 19" wheels, and could feel every bump. So I'm very happy with my choice. The extra tire width provides extra cushioning :)

Absolutely, DXM. Taller side walls do it for me.

I’m getting Pirelli P Zero AS plus 3 tires in 255/40R18 put on all around tomorrow. Almost same size as stocks. As soon as I can romp on the car a little more, I’ll decide if I need stickier rears.

I put the same on my 24 vert. Let me know if you get a shake/vibration bwtn 67-72 mph. I have finally nailed it down to possibly/maybe these tires. Would like to know if you feel the same.

I’ll report any problems.

I can tell you for a fact 19x11.5 +56 fit the rear perfectly with no poke on a 325-30/19 rear tire.

10" wheel = +35~
11" wheel = +50~

For reference: Dark Horse, Mach1 and pp2 all use 11" wide and +50 offset in the back.

Any idea if there's likely to be issues with 19x10 32 offset up front?

It should work very well. On the s550 19x10 +35 is a popular square set up.

Appreciate it Jonyxz, probably more tire than I need for an EB, but it should look good!
