My office is above my garage. The only access to it is thru the garage. Everytime I go to/from my office, my Mustang GT wakes up as in a greeting and saying, "Let's go for a ride!". I talk back to her saying, "in a little while" or "Not today, it's raining" or something like that.

I must be just as crazy as you. I talk to all my vehicles. If I am taking out the F100 I tell the Mustang she'll get to get out of the stable next. Same when I drive the Mustang I'll tell the F100 that she went out last and now it's Scarlett's turn. I should probably check myself in to a mental institution.

Yes, it's for real.

See the 1st post, as well as the most recent posts, in the 2024 Mustang FORScan List / Database / Spreadsheet (by Livinitup) thread on these forums.

In order for this mod to work, you either need to have a Job 2 S650 or you must have updated the BCM.

There's a secondary mod that will enable a single horn chirp when it locks during WAL.

I've also enabled Auto Relock. This will automatically lock the doors after a set period of time (30 or 45 seconds, depending upon how you set it) if you unlock it with the key fob but never open a door. That is documented in the FORScan spreadsheet, too.

Also, @DCS - For the next 4 days starting tomorrow afternoon, I'll be down there ~65 miles from you. Not sure if I will have free time, but if you want, I can let you know and you're welcome to drive out to Cedar Key. I always have my laptop with me and I can throw my OBDII dongle in the bag.

Would be a good idea to drop your VIN to @rugedraw and he can see if you have the correct BCM part number (I know your car was built just recently).
