I thought we had the worst eco tax here in Italy untill I heard of your in FranceSweet, being originally from France, I understand your excitement !
Can’t imagine how steep a GT automatic + Performance pack is going to in Euros…
Do you guys have « eco bonus/tax » as badly as they do in France now ?!
Price list is just released in Germany...Configuration on ford.de is also available.

It seems that black and bronze pony packages are not available in Germany...and then I think also not in rest of Europe. My dealer actually checking this
For GT you can choose only red Brembos in Germany. I think standard DH has grabber blue Brembos. With styling package DH has grey Brembos with blue letters. The black package was in some picture i think...
Edit: I see you can't choose color for the interior (only black), no blue brembos...
In France they are nuts. The tax went up it seems on January 1st. For the GT you need to add an extra GT on topNice, thanks for the update!

We have the superbollo , basically a "super" road tax that costs 20 euros for each horsepower exceeding 250, plus the regular road tax.
I thought exactly the same when I rented an s650 gt in Vegas a few months ago! Looks better in metal, and wait untill you see the dark horse, that thing is beautiful![]()
Got a call on Friday from the dealer next to me that they also got their first GT. Went there on saturday for a first look and damn, I never though the S650 would blow me away like this.
First the exterieur. They absolutely nailed it imho. Front finally doesn't look sloped down anymore and has a way more pony car like appearance. The more bulky lines really fit the car, especially the high shoulder line on the rear makes the car look much more aerodynamic. Compared to pictures I couldn't see any resemembles to the Camaro at all. I think the only slight miss are the european mirrors which are copied from S550 and too rounded for the S650 design, a slightly more angular mirror shape would fit better.
Lights are absolutely great. Perfect solution with the split up rear lights and sequential amber turn lights front and rear. And the welcome light animations are amazing, never though Ford could pull that off.
But the biggest suprise was the interior. On pictures I didn't think it looked like a Mustang with the big screens. But live I really liked it. The design even still hints at the double brow theme, and the leather on the dash feels much more premium and very soft. The new steering wheel is a huge upgrade, design, leather quality and thickness is heavily improved. And I just love the screens, I though they might block the view on the hood or something, but they are put low enough so you still enjoy the usual Mustang point of view seeing the hood and dasboard.
We brought a 18 EU GT with us and compared to sound to the 24 EU GT. It's absolutely identical to us. Startup and modes sound the same.
What surprised me is that all model come with auto start stop but you can set up your drive mode to turn it off completely. So you're not forced to deactivate it manually every single time.
Downsides: Memory seat and Remote Start + Remote Rev are not on EU models...
I recorded everything, my 30 minute video will go live later today, you will find the link below. Video is in german, but you will see clips of all the different light modes front and rear and sound clips including the sound comparison to 18 EU GT
Love that Grabber!!![]()
