I asked for car publication, there is stock s550s running 11.7s on youtube and forums. Clearly the S550 is faster.

And I’m on 19” night pony wheels, I’d assume true base models on 18s would be 30-40lbs lighter than me.

I indeed do.

I honestly am torn on him. I truly enjoy some of his humor, and he is well versed in many areas. Just not a fan of his attacks on others in the industry that he does not fall in line with. But it's his platform and nobody is forced to follow.

It will be enjoyable to see when the 7th Gen cars are tunable, and there is money to be made, how attitudes change.

You think the 18's are 7.5-10lbs lighter, each, than the 19's?

edit: That's probably not too far off from the 6g weights

Ran 7.9 a few weeks back with mine. 1.9 60ft on factory Continental 255/19's. DA @2300 temps in the 80''s. No weight reduction with my fat ass driving, car is at 4000+lbs. That's a 12.3 1/4 mile.

Assumed E30 mix in the tank, Green Filters in the OEM boxes, traps gone.

Fall DA on drag radials, all else the same, I'd guess a 7.5-7.6 is possible. That's as fast as my 18gt 10R80 with Lund tune, closed lid intake, LTH, full exhaust on 555 DR2's ever went.
