Do they? If so the Mustang has finally caught up with the rest of the Ford range as the S550 didn't work like this.
I can only confirm what my car does...
It's also a manual dark horse with auto start stop as well and it actually works quite nicely. (It took a while to charge up the battery enough for it to work)

Auto hold works quite well as well once you turn it on (a lot of assists were off by default), along with the electronic parking brake. Like the merc you don't have to think about it anymore.
Although the eau'de'brembo does make me wonder if it's dragging a brake at times.

Need to find the speed limiter tolerance asap as doing 21 in a 20 zone is enough to set it beeping at me ...

I may have to take a video of the walk up greeting as the rear light dance is different to the american one as it uses both the brake light and indicators (turn signals) in it's sequence.

That is good news about the folding mirrors. It always seemed odd that it wasn't on the S550 even though you could fold them electrically, apparently there was a wire missing!

The smell could well be the underseal which if it was like the S550 is sprayed liberally on the underside including the exhaust. Either way the exhaust joint compound will smell the first few times it gets hot.

You can turn off the speed limit warning by holding the limiter button on the steering wheel for a few seconds (each time you start the car). Likewise you can turn off Lane Assist by pressing the button twice. They have to default to on now. Forscan can probably permanently turn them off.

For those of you that don't have their car on a ship from Newark, there is a strike now so unlikely to depart any time soon. Looks like Ford pulled their finger out and shipped most of the cars last week.

Congrats on finally getting your car.
Any pics of the seats in case Ford manages to get some more ?!
Sure I can do that, I think they're still in production even though the parent company is in trouble. They might be made under license or something. I do have the faded seat cover stickers.

I tried to take a video of the greeting but one time I had to much of my plate in it too be bothered to edit, and the other got a lot of camera flicker that I didn't get the first time.

Also of note from an earlier thread the car was type approved in Luxembourg, who knew!

There is no way this car can hit 70db even in quiet mode!

I have also ordered the AA spare it should be here early next week, was just over ÂŁ600 incl vat and delivery.

I have attempted to attach the taillight greeting, although had to crop the video legnth and badly mask my plate ... It flashes all red before the patten shown

Glad to hear it’s not quiet in quiet mode - when I noise tested at Silverstone in my GT8 the “ worst “ reading was 116 at standstill at 3k revs though !
Look forward to the seat pics.
Seeing yours actually here gives me vague hope that I will still get mine - at some point.
Did you order the spare ( and presumably the rest of the necessary kit ) direct or from the dealer and presumably there is already the cut out space in the boot ?

2007-2025 Ford Mustang Performance Package Spare Wheel and Tire Kit – Automotive Authority (automotiveauthorityllc.com)

nemesisuk.com/products/automotive-authority-ppstk-musgt15-kit?srsltid=AfmBOop2piETXrvB5weLmWur-sZMpNalvYHP720AFHuN3FeURiNudVZ0

The spare wheel is made by a third party called Automotive Authority.

IMPORTANT: The S650 has slightly different front brake callipers to the S550 so the 2018-2023 S550 wheel DOES NOT FIT without a small spacer. The S650 spare is available directly from AA but assume Nemesis will stock it soon. Worth checking with both but the price is about the same either way.

Ford do not make a spare wheel that fits cars with the Brembo front brakes

Noise test type approval is at certain speed / revs / distance from the car. The manual S550 had to be quietened down a bit to pass at one point, the manual and auto tests are done in different ways.

Many thanks for that info - much appreciated.
Will obviously wait until ( if ) my car is sitting in front of me first before ordering.

I have the S550 kit for my car, when I swap I will check and provide info on the spacer required (front wheel only). You might be able to pick up a cheaper S550 wheel if you are lucky and then buy a spacer.

Gregs is on the money with all of the info. Ford do not sell a spare for the car, but the wheel well is there as on the American ecoboost a spare is an option and it has the same outside diameter

Nemesis do plan to stock the s650 spare but not until early next year most likely.

They do have a stack of s550 spares that they're eager to sell. As they brought them a year ago when they had high demand and still have half of them left.

I brought mine direct from AA after taking delivery of my car, you have to email them to setup the order as they have to manually setup shipping with your carrier of choice.
However they respond quickly and Travis is super helpful.

On the noise my Merc is rated at 70db when the limit was 72, the limit is now 70 and this car is a lot louder in quiet mode than the Merc!

When I get my car next month I will establish exactly how big the spacer will need to be. AA think it will need to be a 20mm to 25mm bolt on spacer or thereabouts. Once I know for certain I will post on here on a separate thread. The only issue with the old wheel is the inner edge of the alloy near the rim. The overall diameter is fine and there are recesses in the face of the wheel to allow for the bolts to sit in.

I recently saw somewhere that did spacers of that size for a mustang, would be helpful if i remembered lol.

Anyway interior pics as requested, seems the passenger side of the center console needs a clean despite never being used.

I believe my Dark Horse was offloaded at Antwerp today. I had my pending 'Connect to Vehicle' in the Ford Pass app denied this morning at 08:06, two hours after the Atlantic Sky was scheduled to dock. I similarly had an access denied two days before the Atlantic Sky set sail, which would tie in with it being loaded onto the ship. Rather a blunt tool method of tracking, but it gives me confidence - just hope it doesn't spend too long in Europe.
