You can add Active Exhaust on non Premium cars too. It even says so in the text you copy pasted.

Active Exhaust is an option for ALL Mustang trims.
Always have been.

Don’t bother. He is a European brother. Something was getting lost in the translation. OP accidentally highlighted the active exhaust as a premium option. @GrabThatBlue was just pointing out that it was a base option as well. Easily confused.
