Pretty cool and priced reasonably but it sounds like they are basically describing a corsa extreme sound profile. I'm not sure how much the corsa system weighs, but they say it's 13% lighter than stock on the website. This one appears to weigh about 40lbs
I never got why ford does that. They do the same things every time they release a new model. We get a bunch of articles about how base model MT convertible GTs are running high 12s at the drag strip. JUST SUPPLY PERFORMANCE VARIANTS
They are definitely cashing in, probably because it's logistically easier to do low volume/high margin. People who would spend $1200 for a cf splitter that doesn't look any better than a plastic one are the problem here
There are at least 6 different chin spoiler options out right now (RTR, NYTOP, LVA, Air Design, Feral Industries, Ebay). That said, all of them except RTR and the ebay/amazon one are way overpriced
Is that to say that I could (if the 2024 could be tuned) flash my own and a friend's car without separate devices? The ol' shared cruiseline drink package
It's a nicely designed website, but at close look it's a lot of stock images and filler language with very few stats and specifics. Looks like they offer a lot of consulting services, but that's not really a stable industry, especially right now given market conditions particularly in the auto...
They seem to have decided they don't want money. It's a shame because they've made some good stuff in the past, but how hard is it to update the flange on their active exhaust to work on the 24s or at least put out some heat extractors.
I'm thinking they want to wait and launch a full roush...
What's up with Roush these days? The S650 has been out for a year now and Roush hasn't put out any S650 specific parts from what I can tell. I saw they recently posted a teaser for a blower, but will it really be theirs or another rebadged Whipple kit? (pic of my Roush bumper s550 for attention)
The stock active exhaust quiets down significantly after a few thousand miles to the point where it's way too quiet. It does sound pretty good with an x or h pipe (I'm running the corsa double H), but even then "track mode" is mandatory. I want Normal mode to actually serve a purpose so I'm...
Recently my car has developed a pretty annoying rattle in the driver's side door when I play music with any kind of bass. It goes away if I push up against any part of the door, so it's not the speaker itself. Has anyone fixed this issue before? I guess I need to somehow tighten the seal when...
