Is that wet or dry weight?

Options... Sunroof, Alpine, Plus and Driver convenience.

To get a vehicle wight just look at the door jamb, take the GVWR - the payload on the (usually) tire sticker. That gives you your Curb weight - Curb weight is all fluids including a full tank of gas.
manufacturer's advertised curb weight, so with fluids

what's your mustang sticker look like?

I’ve been seeing that, but honestly I don’t believe it. My 24 Stang is a GT premium. My gross weight - payload = 4100. No shot it’s 4100 pounds, absolute no way.

My Premium Vert weighs 4230
No it doesn't. You're trying to get the curb weight by subtracting the payload from the GVWR

You get the payload from subtracting the curb weight from the GVWR

The payload isn't the same on a heavier car than a lighter car

According to ford, you take the payload (in my car, it’s like 670 lb), and subtract that from GVW, which for me is like 4740 or something?

Yea...LMR's weighed like 3,840. You won't magically gain 260lbs somewhere

I agree. Makes no sense. At all. I have the premium, with active exhaust, PP, and 401A pretty much. No shot that’s 4100. Doesn’t add up. Don’t know if either a) my GVWR is wrong, b) my payload is wrong, or c) fords formula for calculating curb is god awful.

Yeah I definitely do need to. People are getting 3900 or so constantly. Dark horses JUST break 4’s let alone a GT
so back to my point of people will say a scat pack weighs 4600lbs, or it's "1000lbs" or 700lbs more than a Mustang....

meanwhile it's very well possible that their 3950lb dark horse is only 250-300lbs lighter than some Scat Pack they came across on the street one day (which is equal to one large American passenger)

Or, they have a base model GT at 3,750 which is 600lbs less than a 4,350lb
Hellcat

That's a lot closer to 700lbs but people need to realize they might not be as far apart as they think or have heard

fair, but all doesn’t matter when these stock GT’s are keeping up with cats, and walking scats

- GVWR is the maximum weight a vehicle can have to be "safe"
- Payload is the maximum allowable weight you can put in said vehicle and stay below GVWR
- Curb weight is the vehicle weight will all fluids - including but not limited to full tank of gas, full windshield washer fluid, full oil...

So that said...

Shifty (my car)

4860 GVWR - MFG Sticker
630 Payload - Loading Sticker

4230 is the vehicle curb weight

Sure, usually. But the 2019 Challenger Scat Pack C&D tested was faster than the M6 Dark Horse they tested...like 12.5 vs 12.7 both at 115mph

YMMV
