I'm hoping myself that he's just dead wrong. But he recommended i get a vehicle for the meantime since I'm out of one after my 21 challenger being totalled, on account of it taking longer than dealer originally told me to estimate.

Nope. Just informed speculation. I've seen a ton of bad and conflicting information given out from 'official' Ford sources since the launch of the S550 days until now. I may be completely wrong, but it goes against the majority of other sources that we have heard.

There have been cars that have gone into production and have window stickers of blend dates of this week. That wouldn't happen if production was stopped. Unless you source is saying they are going to stop production in the future.

Not true lol. With embargo being lifted this week, chances are Mustangs will start to ship very soon. Also, they weren't being shipped, however they were still being built.

Are you a ford employee who would know otherwise?

Ford employees that have that knowledge sign nondisclosures with media and information release embargos. I have a few friends in that realm and they post pics they took months ago because they can only disclose any of that information when Ford says they can. Instead of asking them I just come hear to read up. For the most part I find the collective information from people in any forum is fairly close to factual with your typical fringe people that say we will never get our vehicles.

If you want to see / test how confident your friend is, than ask them to cover any loss on said vehicle you purchase in the mean time.

3. We have multiple individuals on this site (including dealers and actual Ford employees) who have been actively sharing production schedules with us since May.

4. There have been multplie videos of FRAP posted on this forum with a parking lot full of S650 Mustangs that have been built

same boat as you, ordered may 31 and did some updates june 28. Nothing yet. Order is now a 24 GT premium 401A, active exhaust, and brembo package. Not a damn thing and I’m frustrated seeing others witH NP and PP getting VINs before me when they ordered later

What is your priority code? your dealer may be getting their stock allocations before your order being pulled.

Anything on yours? Still haven't received a build date while others who ordered way after me have.

ah ok, hopefully you’ll get your VIN and build date soon. It definitely seems like things are moving along in production. Just be on the look out for that next email, you can try the Ford performance chat to get an update.
