That sucks, but also its only 2 business days, and hey, at least you are one of the very few Dark Horse cars with a date!! 2 days sounds like you have a pretty good chance of getting it built in June, and they are firming up their schedules.
First build date was 15th May lol

Wouldnā€™t the window sticker show the updated blend date if your scheduled car got pushed back?

Go to www.ford.com Click on "Support and Service" and click on "Support Home" A Live Chat balloon should pop-up in the lower right (I'm using Chrome browser). Give them your Sales code and Order code that your dealer should of given you and they'll give you a VIN and a timeframe of where your car is at in the process.
Thank you.

Question: seems like Ford is having a bitch of a time scheduling retail orders - but every Fā€™ing Ford dealership near me has dozens of cheaply specā€™ed 24 GTā€™s sitting in their lots no one wantsā€¦ Hmmmmmmm, I thought it was supposed to be the opposite. Retail orders get preference OVER DEALER SPEC CRAPā€¦???

My Feeling; 1. Ford has built what they had parts for and/or Dealers have ordered what they could get built. Certain options have been, and are still problems, i.e. Night Pony, PP wheels, now a few other wheels (I've heard they have the worst rating between part suppliers & manufacturers). Now, I'm guessing they've been forced to add stop/start to all V8s, causing more delays for those parts apparently.
2. From what I've seen, dealers seem to want to keep the prices around 50 (+/-) for GTs, where a well optioned one can push 60, and the guy that's going to pay that much wants something very specific, and will likely order and wait instead of paying for something they don't want. I ordered in January and I'm hoping to have it by the end of August :explode: Some Dark Horse guys are already in over a year! I'm trying to convince myself it'll be worth the wait, but it's getting tough.

Ordered GT premium manual performance package on November 10. First scheduled for build around may 18 for July 15, and now moved to August 5. Thus could receive vehicle 10 months after order if no delays

Yah, GT. You ordered 4 months after me. Those "crap" ones at the dealership are going to start looking pretty good!
